Toarn\u0103 lichidul peste f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencepe s\u0103 amesteci. C\u00e2nd aluatul \u00eencepe s\u0103 se lege, adaug\u0103 uleiul \u0219i fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii un aluat moale, elastic \u0219i u\u0219or lipicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acoper\u0103 bolul cu un prosop curat \u0219i las\u0103 aluatul la crescut, \u00eentr-un loc cald, aproximativ 45-60 de minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dubleaz\u0103 volumul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 dospire, r\u0103stoarn\u0103 aluatul pe masa pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu pu\u021bin\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103. \u00cemparte-l \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi egale \u0219i formeaz\u0103 bile.
