Aceasta varianta este simpla, gustoasa si potrivita pentru cei care iubesc preparatele picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se pastreaza la frigider<\/strong>, iar dupa cateva zile aromele de usturoi, dafin si mustar se imbina foarte frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ingrediente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru aproximativ 4-5 borcane de 500 ml:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg ardei iuti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 capatani de usturoi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml otet alimentar cu aciditate de 5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500 ml apa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 lingura rasa de sare pentru muraturi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 linguri de zahar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 foi de dafin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 lingura seminte de mustar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>8-10 boabe de piper negru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>6-8 cuisoare, optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Mod de preparare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Pune manusi atunci cand cureti ardeii iuti. Spala-i bine, lasa-i sa se usuce si indeparteaza coditele. Daca ii pastrezi intregi, inteapa fiecare ardei de cateva ori cu o furculita, pentru ca marinada sa patrunda mai bine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curata usturoiul si taie cateii in felii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asaza ardeii in borcane curate, alternand cu feliile de usturoi. Adauga in fiecare borcan cate o frunza de dafin, cateva boabe de piper si seminte de mustar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pune intr-o cratita otetul, apa, sarea, zaharul si condimentele ramase. Adu marinada pana aproape de fierbere, amestecand pana se dizolva sarea si zaharul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toarna marinada fierbinte peste ardei, astfel incat sa ii acopere complet. Inchide borcanele cu capace curate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dupa racire, pune borcanele la frigider. Lasa-le macar 3 zile inainte de deschidere, pentru un gust mai bine asezat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ardeii sunt deliciosi langa friptura, cartofi copti, fasole, tocane sau orice masa la care vrei un strop de iuteala.
