Mai jos gasesti doua variante parfumate: una cu visine, cu gust intens, si una cu capsuni, mai fina si fructata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\ud83c\udf52 Lichior de visine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ingrediente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 kg visine coapte, cu samburi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 kg zahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litru de vodca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un borcan incapator, de minimum 5 litri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Cum se prepara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Spala visinele, lasa-le sa se zvante bine si pune-le in borcan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adauga zaharul peste fructe, apoi toarna <strong>500 ml de vodca<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acopera borcanul cu tifon sau cu un capac pus lejer si lasa-l 6-7 zile intr-un loc cald, ferit de praf. Agita usor borcanul o data pe zi, pentru a ajuta zaharul sa se dizolve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strecoara siropul obtinut prin tifon sau printr-o sita foarte fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adauga restul de 500 ml de vodca si amesteca bine. Daca mai exista cristale de zahar, poti incalzi foarte usor lichidul, fara sa il fierbi, doar cat sa se limpezeasca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtreaza inca o data, pune lichiorul in sticle curate si lasa-l sa se odihneasca 24 de ore inainte de servire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lichiorul de visine se pastreaza bine inchis, intr-un loc racoros si ferit de lumina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\ud83c\udf53 Lichior fin de capsuni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ingrediente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500 g capsuni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml vodca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g zahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sucul de la 1\/2 lamaie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml apa fiarta si racita<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Cum se prepara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Spala capsunile, indeparteaza coditele si taie fructele in jumatati. Pot fi folosite si capsuni congelate, lasate in prealabil la dezghetat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pune capsunile intr-un borcan de 1 litru. Toarna vodca si sucul de lamaie, apoi inchide bine borcanul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lasa-l 7-10 zile intr-un loc luminos. Agita usor recipientul o data la una-doua zile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strecoara infuzia de capsuni cu vodca intr-un alt vas si pastreaz-o acoperita, intr-un loc mai intunecat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pune zaharul peste capsunile ramase in borcan. Agita usor si lasa-le alte 3 zile, pana se formeaza un sirop aromat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strecoara siropul, apoi toarna peste fructe apa fiarta si racita. Dupa cateva minute, strecoara si aceasta apa aromata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amesteca infuzia cu vodca, siropul de capsuni si apa aromata. Lasa lichiorul sa stea inca 3-5 zile, pentru ca aromele sa se aseze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtreaza, pune in sticle curate si pastreaza la rece.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lichiorul de capsuni are, in functie de vodca folosita si de cantitatea finala obtinuta, o tarie de aproximativ <strong>15%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se servesc bine racite, in pahare mici.
