Aluatul:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un bol, amestec\u0103 f\u0103ina, zah\u0103rul pudr\u0103 \u0219i praful de copt. Coacerea blatului:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Coace aluatul la 180\u00b0C timp de 15 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 cap\u0103t\u0103 o u\u0219oar\u0103 tent\u0103 aurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>3. Umplutura:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Scoate tava din cuptor \u0219i \u00eentinde uniform gemul peste blat, c\u00e2t este \u00eenc\u0103 cald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>4. Bezeaua cu nuci:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bate albu\u0219urile spum\u0103 tare, apoi \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 treptat zah\u0103rul pudr\u0103, mix\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 devin lucioase. Adaug\u0103 nucile m\u0103cinate, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or cu o spatul\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd38 <strong>Sfat:<\/strong> Nu amesteca prea energic, ca s\u0103 nu pierzi volumul bezelei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>5. Coacerea final\u0103:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Toarn\u0103 bezeaua cu nuci peste stratul de gem, niveleaz\u0103 \u0219i d\u0103 pr\u0103jitura \u00eenapoi la cuptor pentru \u00eenc\u0103 15 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 bezeaua se rumene\u0219te frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>6.
