Cur\u0103\u021barea \u0219i t\u0103ierea gogo\u0219arilor:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Spal\u0103 bine gogo\u0219arii, cur\u0103\u021b\u0103-i de cotoare \u0219i semin\u021be, apoi taie-i \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi de aproximativ 3-4 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>2. Amestec\u0103 u\u0219or p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd sarea \u0219i zah\u0103rul \u00eencep s\u0103 se dizolve, iar gogo\u0219arii sunt bine acoperi\u021bi de lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acoper\u0103 vasul \u0219i las\u0103-l la temperatura camerei timp de 24 de ore. Po\u021bi l\u0103sa legumele la marinat chiar mai mult, important este ca acestea s\u0103-\u0219i trag\u0103 aromele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>3. Preg\u0103tirea borcanelor:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest timp, sterilizeaz\u0103 borcanele. \u00cen fiecare, pune c\u00e2teva boabe de piper, semin\u021be de mu\u0219tar \u0219i frunze de dafin pentru un plus de arom\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>4.
