Daca nu avem alcool, le putem inmuia si in apa calda. Cu cat este apa mai calda, cu atat se vor inmuia mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alegem&nbsp;<strong>galbenusurile&nbsp;<\/strong>de albusuri si amestecam galbenusurile cu branza de vaci, zaharul, stafidele, coaja de lamaie, si vanilia. Amestecam bine pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaugam&nbsp;<strong>faina&nbsp;<\/strong>cernuta si amestecata cu&nbsp;<strong>praful&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>copt&nbsp;<\/strong>si un praf de sare. Amestecam bine pana nu mai avem cocoloase de faina. Aici trebuie sa avem putina grija pentru ca daca branza de vaci este uscata vom folosi mai putina faina, iar daca branza este foarte moale, vom folosi mai multa faina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separat batem&nbsp;<strong>albusurile&nbsp;<\/strong>spuma cu un praf de sare. Amestecam cu grija si albusele in compozitie. Aceasta compozitie nu trebuie sa fie foarte moale, dar totusi sa curga greu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ungem o tava cu&nbsp;<strong>unt&nbsp;<\/strong>si o tapetam cu&nbsp;<strong>faina&nbsp;<\/strong>sau gris. Turnam compozitia si o bagam in cuptorul incins la 180 grade (mediu) timp de 15 minute. Apoi micsoram putin temperatura (pana la 160 grade) si mai lasam aproximativ 35-40 minute, pana capata o crusta aurie.
