Intr-o oala de 3-5 litrii pune ceapa intreaga si ardeiul, sare si adauga legumele calite. Lasa sa fiarba iar dupa 30 de minute adauga zeama de lamaie sau bors pentru a-i da un gust acrisor. Perisoarele se prepara astfel: caleste ceapa tocata marunt la care adaugi orezul spalat si lasa totul la foc mic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adauga restul ingredientelor: granulele de soia si faina, impreuna cu condimentele. Formeaza din acest amestec perisoarele si fierbele in apa cu sare, iar apoi pune-le in supa de legume pregatita anterior. Vei avea parte de ciorba de perisoara foarte gustoasa si astfel nu vei simti niciun efort alimentar in perioada postului.
