SPUMA NU SE LASA, ESTE USOR DE FACUT SI ESTE DELICIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Laptele de pasare poate fi facut in nenumarate moduri, dar aceasta varianta este foarte delicioasa si nu este greu de preparat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spuma este perfecta, nu se lasa, merita incercat, deoarece este cu adevarat uimitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrediente: 2 litri de lapte, putina sare, 16 galbenusuri, 6 \u2013 8 linguri de zahar, 2 pliculete de zahar vanilat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru spuma de ou: 16 albusuri, 8 linguri de zahar, 2 pliculete de zahar vanilat, putina sare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mod de preparare: Se pun la fiert cei 2 litri de lapte si sarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separam galbenusurile de albusuri, adaugam in galbenusuri 6 linguri de zahar cristal (daca va place foarte dulce, 8 linguri de zahar), 2 plicuri de zahar vanilat si se bate (aproximativ 10-15 minute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separat se bat albusurile cu 8 linguri de zahar cristal, 2 pliculete zahar vanilat si putina sare pana devin o spuma tare si intensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cand laptele fierbe se pun cu lingura albusurile batute spuma si se lasa sa fiarba (aproximativ 1 minut), pe masura ce laptele fierbe, spuma se transforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se scot intr-un bol mai mare si se continua pana cand toate \u201cgalustile\u201d sunt fierte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cand s-au terminat se adauga treptat laptele fiert in galbenusul de ou batut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turnam laptele amestecat cu galbenus de ou inapoi in cratita si se pune pe foc lent, amestecand constant pentru aprox. 3-4 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dupa ce se ingroasa, se da de pe flacara si se toarna intr-un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In vasul in care se pune laptele cu galbenus, se pune cu grija spuma spuma de ou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laptele de pasare poate fi facut in nenumarate moduri, dar aceasta varianta este foarte delicioasa si nu este greu de preparat.
