Albu\u0219urile pufoase plutesc \u00een crema de lapte cu vanilie, cre\u00e2nd o combina\u021bie irezistibil\u0103!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrediente:<br>1 litru de lapte<br>6 albu\u0219uri<br>Zah\u0103r, dup\u0103 gust<br>Esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<br>2 linguri de amidon de porumb (maicena)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mod de Preparare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Preg\u0103tirea laptelui \u0219i a albu\u0219urilor:<br>Rezerv\u0103 o jum\u0103tate de pahar de lapte \u0219i pune restul la fiert \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103.<br>\u00centre timp, bate albu\u0219urile spum\u0103 tare, ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd treptat zah\u0103rul, p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o bezea ferm\u0103 \u0219i lucioas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u0103tirea albu\u0219urilor:<br>C\u00e2nd laptele \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, reduce focul la mediu.<br>Adaug\u0103 albu\u0219urile cu o lingur\u0103, form\u00e2nd g\u0103lu\u0219te pufoase.<br>G\u0103te\u0219te-le 30 de secunde pe fiecare parte, apoi scoate-le cu o spumier\u0103 \u0219i a\u0219az\u0103-le \u00eentr-un vas ad\u00e2nc, rezistent la c\u0103ldur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepararea cremei:<br>Ia laptele de pe foc \u0219i adaug\u0103 esen\u021ba de vanilie \u0219i zah\u0103rul.<br>Dizolv\u0103 amidonul \u00een laptele rece rezervat, apoi toarn\u0103-l peste laptele fierbinte.<br>Pune din nou pe foc \u0219i amestec\u0103 continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103 \u0219i cap\u0103t\u0103 o textur\u0103 cremoas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asamblarea desertului:<br>Toarn\u0103 crema peste albu\u0219urile g\u0103tite, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie acoperite uniform.<br>Las\u0103 desertul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet, apoi pune-l la frigider pentru cel pu\u021bin 2 ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servire \u0219i Sugestii:<br>Se serve\u0219te rece, simplu sau decorat cu:<br>Caramel<br>Ciocolat\u0103 ras\u0103<br>Fructe proaspete<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfat: Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi plac aromele intense, po\u021bi ad\u0103uga \u0219i coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie ras\u0103 pentru un plus de prospe\u021bime!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concluzie:<br>Lapte de pas\u0103re este un desert u\u0219or, rafinat \u0219i extrem de gustos.
